Loades Dynamics Ltd, our engineering division, uses CNC machining and inspection technology to produce both large & small precision components for the Aerospace, Medical, Marine and Power generation industries. The company has a reputation of producing very high quality components for niche market requirements. Volume capability covers both development and production quantities.

Loades Estates Ltd. specialises in developing, trading and leasing of commercial premises and is expanding its operations. The company ownes over 500,000 sq ft of floor space and 30+ acres of land on sites in Great Britain with premises available for immediate occupation. These range from units of 5,000 sq ft up to 150,000 sq ft. The company has a proactive policy of ongoing refurbishment in respect of used premises with the latest regulations in mind. Plans are in place for new industrial developments of over 300,000 sq ft.
