The company was established in 1942.

Loades Dynamics Ltd is our engineering division and specializes in the manufacture of large machined components using high precision CNC technology for the Aerospace, Medical, Marine and Power generation industries. The company has a reputation of producing very high quality components up to 3500mm in diameter & 6 tonnes in weight for niche market requirements using its extensive range of vertical borers, 6 axis milling machines and 5 axis jig borers.

The production of smaller, higher volume, components, up to 1050mm, is catered for with our CNC lathes as well as other smaller CNC & manual machines. Quality checks are performed both on the machines & on our Mauser CMM.

Loades Estates Ltd. specialises in developing, trading and leasing of commercial premises and is expanding its operations. The company ownes over 500,000 sq ft of floor space and 30+ acres of land on sites in Great Britain with premises available for immediate occupation. These range from units of 5,000 sq ft up to 150,000 sq ft. The company has a proactive policy of ongoing refurbishment in respect of used premises with the latest regulations in mind. Plans are in place for new industrial developments of over 300,000 sq ft.
